The Law Office of Henry Tovmassian has been representing students with special needs and their families since 2000.  Located in Sherman Oaks, California, the Firm represents special needs clients throughout Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura Counties.  The Firm handles all aspects of special education litigation, including special education mediations and hearings, federal district court and appellate litigation, attendance at Individualized Education Program meetings, expulsion proceedings, and disability discrimination litigation.

Although approximately 80% of its practice involves special education, since 1998 the Firm has also represented clients in connection with business and corporate matters, litigation involving civil, employment, discrimination, healthcare and wrongful death matters, as well as estate planning.
